These bricks are based on selected grade of raw materials for achieving high refractoriness, high strength, low iron and high resistance to spalling. These bricks possess high resistance to alkali attack and abrasion. They are recommended for rotary kiln burning zone for alumina calcination, where diameter of rotary kiln is more than 2.0 meter.

AC 80 P
The main features of this phosphate bonded burnt bricks are excellent spalling and wear resistances, good strength and high resistance to chemical attack. The phosphate bonding results in excellent non-wetting properties to aluminium and aluminium alloy. These bricks are ideal choice for the hearths of melting and holding furnaces.

AC 85 P
The features of these bricks are similar to those of AC 80 P. The recommended uses are in hearth and roof of melting and holding furnaces.

AC 40
These are 40% alumina dense bricks, manufactured from selected grades of materials, which impart high resistance to alkali attack. They have excellent strength and high spalling as well as abrasion resistances. They are recommended for use in upper sidewall of melting and holding furnaces.

AC 42 D
These 42% alumina dense bricks have low porosity, low concentration of iron as well as alkali, excellent creep and carbon monoxide disintegration resistances. These bricks are highly successful in walls and bottom of anode baking furnaces.

AC INS 135
These are insulating bricks of 1.1 g/cc density with low thermal conductivity and high strength. These bricks are recommended for back-face insulating material of sidewall and bottom of electrolytic cell.

ACCSIL 60 AL
The characteristics of this fused silica based castable are good volume stability, high spalling resistance, low thermal conductivity, low density and not wetted by molten aluminium metal. It is recommended for use in Aluminium troughs.

ACCMON 45
This 45% alumina low cement castable has good strength, abrasion resistance and has excellent resistance to alkali and chemical attack. It is used in the preheating zone of rotary kiln for alumina calcination, cyclonic cones of flash calciner top cover of anode baking furnace, roof of melting furnace, doors and sils of holding furnace.

ACCMON 45 AL
The features of this product are similar to ACCMON 45. This product however, is not wetted by molten aluminium metal and aluminium alloys. It is recommended for upper sidewall of melting furnace.

ACCMON 60
Since this product has excellent high temperature properties, high strength and very good abrasion resistance, it is used for roof of melting and holding furnaces, ramp of melting and holding furnaces and in the doors and sils of holding furnaces.

ACCMON 60 A
This Andalusite based low cement castable is characterized by high strength, high mullite content, good resistance to corrosion and thermal shocks. These features make the product an excellent choice for burning zone of rotary kiln.

ACCMON 60 AL
The characteristics of this product are similar to ACCMON 60. Owing to the presence of a special additive, this product is suitable for metal contact applications. It is used for working lining of transfer ladle, upper and lower sidewalls of melting furnace, lower sidewall of holding furnace and hearth of melting and holding furnaces.

ACCMON 80 AL
It has features similar to ACCMON 80. The presence of non-wetting additives makes this product suitable for metal contact applications. It is used for working lining of transfer ladle, lower sidewall of melting and holding furnaces as well as hearth of melting and holding furnaces.

ACCMON 80
This 80% alumina low cement castable has excellent high temperature properties, high strength and very good abrasion resistance. It is used for preheating zone of rotary kiln, roof and ramp of melting furnace, doors and sils of melting furnace and ramp of holding furnace.

ACCPLAST 55
This phosphate bonded 50-55% alumina plastic is highly resistant to spalling as well as chemical attack and has good volume stability. It is recommended for upper sidewall of melting and holding furnaces and roof of holding furnace.

ACCPLAST 80
This phosphate bonded 80% alumina plastic has high strength, high density, excellent volume stability and outstanding resistance to erosion caused by metal attack, thermal shock and abrasion. It is recommended for use in roof and upper sidewall of melting furnace, doors and sils of melting as well as holding furnaces and in lower sidewall of holding furnace.

ACCPLAST 80 AL
The features of this product are similar to ACCPLAST 80. Since this product is not wetted by molten aluminium, it is recommended for use in working lining of transfer ladle, lower sidewalls of melting and holding furnaces, hearth of melting and holding furnaces, ramp of melting and holding furnaces and in Aluminium troughs.
