AC 40
These are 40% alumina dense bricks, manufactured from selected grades of materials, which impart high resistance to alkali attack. They have excellent strength and high spalling as well as abrasion resistances. They are recommended for use in upper sidewall of melting and holding furnaces.



AC 45
These 45% alumina dense bricks, manufactured from selected grades of materials, impart high resistance to alkali and sulphate attack. They have excellent strength and high spalling as well as abrasion resistances. They are recommended for use in cyclone cones and sidewalls, riser duct, tertiary air duct, cooler roof as well as preduster roof and side wall.



AC 60
These 60% alumina dense bricks have high refractoriness, high strength and high resistance to spalling. Owing to their high resistance to chemical attack and spalling, they are recommended for rotary kiln safety zone. Our AC 60 bricks overcome the truble and loss of efficiency caused by the formation of clinker and ash rings in this zone.



AC 70
These 70% alumina dense bricks, owing to excellent spalling and wear resistances, yield best results when applied to cyclone and calcinator roofs, upper and lower transition zones, firing hood and sidewall as well as bottom of cooler hot zone.



AC 90
These 90% alumina dense bricks manufactured from Brown Tabular Alumina have excellent high temperature properties. Due to the inherent microstructural features of the raw materials used for manufacture of these bricks, they have excellent resistance to wear and thermal shock and, thus, are ideally suited for cooler roof.



AC INS 110
These insulating bricks with low thermal conductivity and moderate strength are chosen when energy saving is the primary objective. They are recommended as back face insulation of cyclone cone as well as side walls, riser ducts and preduster sidewalls.



AC INS 135
These are insulating bricks of 1.1 g/cc density with low thermal conductivity and high strength. These bricks are recommended for back-face insulating material of sidewall and bottom of electrolytic cell.

ACCGUN 55
This low cement gunning material with 55% alumina has high strength, very good abrasion resistance and high refractoriness. It is recommended for use in firing hoods and bottom of cooler cold zones.



ACCGUN INS 14
This hydraulically bonded insulating gunning material has low conductivity, good strength, resistance to thermal stock and low rebound loss. It is recommended for riser duct, cyclones, calcinator, back-up layer of preduster and tertiary airduct.



ACCGUN 60
The features of this product are similar to ACCGUN 55, but have 60% alumina. It is recommended for use in bottom, sidewall and roof of cooler hot zone.



ACCGUN INS 17
The characteristics of this product are similar to those of ACCGUN INS 14, but has higher density and strength. It is recommended for gunning in areas like riser duct, cyclones, calcinator, back-up layer of preduster and tertiary airduct.



ACCMON 30 SC
This silicon carbide based low cement castable is characterized by non-adherence to alkali bearing materials. This castable avoids coating formation and is the ideal choice for inlet riser duct when jamming is a problem.



ACCMON 60
Since this product has excellent high temperature properties, high strength and very good abrasion resistance, it is used for roof of melting and holding furnaces, ramp of melting and holding furnaces and in the doors and sils of holding furnaces.



ACCMON 60 A
This Andalusite based low cement castable is characterized by high strength, high mullite content, good resistance to corrosion and thermal shocks. These features make the product an excellent choice for burning zone of rotary kiln.



ACCMON 90
This Brown Tabular Alumina based low cement castable has excellent hot properties and wear resistance. These features make it an ideal material for areas where higher abrasion resistance is required, for example, nose ring.

This conventional high purity castable of 50% alumina content has high strength, high abrasion resistance and is suitable for use upto temperatures of 1500 degree centigrade.
